Okay so I'm attempting to fix my sisters Corolla, 2009 s, and I'm having major issues, if anyone could help me diagnose this noise I would appreciate it a lot .


I'm thinking fuel pump...
But story is that her serptine belt broke due to her water pump breaking, so I replaced those two, no go, and come up with this noise . Car battery died so I replaced that as well, light light up and I checked the plugs, they were dark due to sitting over winter so I cleaned them off to see if gas vs spark was getting to them. Seems likely that they aren't getting Gas on them
