Okay, so i don't have a lot of information just yet but, I'm wondering how many of you Pennsylvania residents would be interested in doing either a car cruise, show or both. I'm in a car club we started here at campus and we were looking to do a cruise at the end of this semester and maybe a show at the beginning of the fall semester. We are raising funds to donate to the united way as well as the veterans of foreign wars. All who are willing to travel to Penn State Fayette campus can contact me here and let me know if you are interested in representing the Monte Carlo community. From what i know so far, is that we are looking to get the local antique cars from the chestnut ridge car club, the corvette car club, rat rods as well as some other car clubs that i can't recall at the moment. I'll post more info here soon provided that there would be people interested in participating in such an event.

 

sounds interesting i would probably be down for this, also i will inform you and you can inform all of your buddys with w bodys, i am hosting a meet for our car club at my house on april 21st. its not going to be anything major but just a day to hang out and bs about cars then we will be going to get pics then dinner. idk if you would be interested in this but if so shoot me a pm.

 

More info for the car cruise at this point, The cruise is on May 12th from 11am to 5pm with a rain date of May 19th. There will be a DJ from "Casino kid productions" and it will be supporting the West Leisenring volunteer fire department. This is as i stated before going on at Penn State Fayette located on RT119S on the way to Uniontown or on RT119N on the way to Connellsville. We'd love to have the W body (especially the Montes) represented at this event. Please let me know if you plan on attending so that we might be able to meet up in person for once. It'd be nice to meet some of the more active members on here and see the Montes in person.

is the exact address of the school. I don't believe it to be a judged show. I wish there were more people coming to this event from the forums. It'd be nice to meet people in person. I think something like this is a perfect venue to show off your love for autos in general. I've posted a ton of fliers everywhere locally so hopefully there will be a great turnout. There's going to be a DJ, food, 50/50 for the cruise this time and depending on the turnout will determine the amount of money won on the 50/50 drawing.

The car show i believe is going to be judged but its in August if i'm not mistaken. As i get more info on this, I'll post it here. I look forward to meeting people from the forums. Turbo Monte, if you have friends that'd be interested in going, please bring em along. I want to try to get the best turnout possible. It's going to be a great day!!

i wont be making it out i hit a deer last sunday in my cavalier so ive been very busy trying to get it fixed and i still dont have my cowl hood done for the monte at the rate im going ill be lucky if im ready for gm nationals
