I do have the first batch packaged and ready to ship out. (today 12/31/12)

There was a huge set back that the first printed batch turned out pixelated. Luckily the printer ate the cost and agreed to re-print at no charge.

That's why those of you who have paid already have not received the calendars you purchased.

How many did you get in the first run?....Is there enuff for 1 more?
How much with shipping to Michigan? I definately want an official MCF Calendar!
