I was always kinda curious to see what the hype is all about with them. I get the basic idea. But without having seen them personally, I kinda wonder how good can a show be if all it is, is a bunch of guys painted blue banging on various everyday objects. Seems I could get the same effect watching my cousin's toddlers playing in the kitchen. Banging on pots and stuff.

Not trying to be a smart ***. Just seriously wondering if that's all it is. Or is there something more to it?

Actually its very entertaining...(since you have never seen them)..Theres also lots of audience participation.... Maybe you should check them out?

Lots of VIPs were there when we went (from the surrounding metro area)...The mrs and I enjoyed a fun night out....almost like a date night!

Not to give the show away.....But there is lots of "different" things they do, jokes, antics, anicdotes, actual.Music...etc....

Oh it's not a matter of proximity. It's a matter of my work schedule.
I've mentioned before. I can see GM world headquarters from my house.

`Lou, I can relate to a lack of free personal time to see everything I'd like to see & experience, but that is why I am so thankful to be connected to the `Web and be able to atleast get a Web view of what's happening out there in the Real World...(I never get bored 4-Sure `if I can be connected)

p.s. I can see space from my window + NASA

My wife and I saw them when they did a show in Cleveland a few years ago (was an AWESOME show, like a massive rock concert, PVC pipe can be quite musical).
Then my wife and I just saw them again in Vegas last month (completely different show, but very fun).
