Yep it was blue - still loved that color but I didn't have a color choice on the current one - it was a demo and couldn't pass up the deal. Nothin wrong with Red LOL!!!!!

 

Haha nice! Of course not! Red grew on me after I got a good deal on my truck and it was red. Then the Firebird I looked at and passed on was red and ended up with the Red Camaro gotta admit the Mustang looks great and the 5.0 I drove was a smooth car.

 

Welcome back and nice looking camaro. I wouldn't mind getting one of those down the road as as weekend car plus the v8.

Yeah I sold my Monte because I wanted a RWD car again after owning an 85 Impala and an 86 Camaro Iroc Z I looked at a 99 Firebird Formula with t-tops that was red also and had a nice Borla exhaust system but the kid wanted wayyyyy too much money for it. I asked repeatedly if there was any issues before I came to see it and he sent me 6 pics even though I asked for more, anyway got there and every single thing under the hood that was supposed to have a cap did not, the windshield washer fluid, the oil cap and the coolant caps were all replaced with masking tape. The stitching in the rear seats was coming undone. There was a massive scuff on the passenger lower rocker panel and a scuff on the spoiler, and the rear seal was leaking. I made him an offer and only because I drove 2.5 hours to look at it but needless to say it was less than he would take. We countered each other afew times but we were still about $1500 diff. Needless to say we both walked away and 4 days later I went and looked at this Camaro which was owned by a guy in the military and was damn near spotless. It has a total of maybe 4 rock chips that I've found. It does need tires and I bought it knowing that but instead of getting the Torq Thrust 17s and tires I want I'm going to settle for just buying 16s that are $73 each until my trucks paid off next March lol
