Bi-monthly photo contest: "Monte Friends"
Well lets try and get this back on track as I messed up and failed to check Fridays final results. There was a tie and I did not catch it till Sunday, so I put together a quick one day voting. I'm so sorry if I hurt drivernumber3's chance to win by doing a one day voting with the day 1/3rd gone and perhaps some members had already been on and left who may have voted for his photo. Sorry will try hard to not let this happen again.
Our "Slippery when wet" photo contest winner Budsjlm now has 2 consecutive wins with this contest. Congrats Justin! Rumor is your going down this time, no one has pulled off a "Triple Lindy" yet, your going to have to bring your A-game to have our fellow members put you in uncharted territory.
Ha ha , really hope you can pull it off, that would be so cool to see done.
So Justin as our current winner is challenged with coming up with our new contest theme. He has elected to let you pull out a photo with another Monte and your Monte in the same picture. Those of you who are lucky enough to own 2 Monte's should have this one aced.
Were calling this contest "Monte Friends". Being winter time were going to be generous and let you dig into your archives for a suitable photo. Search high and low for a photo of your Monte at an event with other Monte Carlo's, perhaps one your lined up alongside while at the track. A totally unknown Monte you caught at the supermarket. Lets bring out that award winning picture you have coveted, see if it has what it takes to upset our current 2 time champion. I suspect Budsjlm may have a pretty sweet one himself that will be tossed into the mix.
This contest is one day shorter than all the others as we are starting a day late due to my screw up. All photo's must be submitted by midnight this Saturday the 16th. Please remember no photo shopping and your Monte Carlo has to be in the picture. 3 month rule is waived.
All members old timers and newbs are eligible to submit photo's for this contest. There are only 10 slots available, first come first serve.

Here is my submission, greg (zippy) and turbo monte making friends. Over 1000whp sitting in that pic between both cars!! Was so awesome to meet you at GM nats greg!
