Default best place to get a ported sub box?

im leaning toward this blue one on sonic electronix i have red subs in an black enclosed box nowAbsolute Dual 10" Ported Sub Box w/ Blue High Gloss Front

the box is too restrictive on the subs and they get very distorted when both on and in the box fully enclosed. i have one backing plate currently pulled out and it lets pressure out and the subs work great but the hole is not centered so one sub is under more pressure than the other this box would give them more balance and capability. I'm asking my dad for it for christmas along with window visors.

Cool I see what you are thinking now man !! I would go with the 2nd box the more cubic air space the sub has the lower Hz it will hit . I have ordered form Sonic before and they do have good shipping.

The ground shaker boxes are really, really nice boxes. The box itself is overkill for those subs, but they do look restricted in that small box. Is that a truck box?

its what the kit i got at pepboys for 100 buck came with along with wires and an 800 watt sdx amp

Ok, in that case the Ground Shaker box is probably a little too big, too much airspace. And like I started to say above, it's built really durable and is a heavier construction than you need for your subs. The box with the blue front has a smaller combined airspace which is gonna suit your existing subs a little better. And will still be a good box if you choose to upgrade your subs later.
