Check Craigslist for local buys.. That can usually be cheap.

I'd also look at tirerack.com

In my opinion 18's look the best. 17's are probably going to be the cheapest though.

craigslist or some other local classified is probably your best bet. Ive seen nice rims around me for really good prices. Just remember tires cost more the bigger they get. Also I'm not sure where you are but discounttire.com has good prices too and they can ship them to a store in your area.

Just shop around for deals. Find something that you like and then check all the major tire sites.

18s look the best to me, but buying 245/45/18 tires all the time can get costly. They are considered a performance size.

17s might be a little cheaper in the long run for you.

discount tire direct usually has some cheap ones, otherwise you could trty craigslis tbut I'd be sure to look em over good before agreeing to buy them. Also as mention tirerack.com has good deals sometimes I usually check the closeout rims first but make sure to check how many they still have in stock if going that route.
