Thanks for the pics Becky. You got to ride in a Denny Hamlin car. Looks like you had a terrific time. It was also kinda cool to see the #8 car again. Did you notice if it was an Aric Almirola, or a Mark Martin #8?

Wasn't that Awesome ?! My g/f did that for me 3 years ago at TMS. I got to ride in a old Scott Riggs car but it was a lot of fun. I thought my stomach was going to come up through my throat

RJ, I may go to TMS ( Texas Motor Speedway) next spring and do a charity lap thing. I missed the one in Sept. I beleive that it's only three laps at 85mph but it will be fun.

Yes it was!! My stomach was fine however that first turn made my head feel weird, messed with my equilibrium (sp?). Kinda worried me for a second that I might get motion sickness but it didn't bother me anymore after the initial turn, or maybe shock, LOL.

I've alwys respected the drivers, even the ones I don't like, for being able to do that but I have an even greater respect now. It's unbelievable how much your vision is limited, then having that force against you 1000x/race would completely exhaust me. Then add a possibly ill handling car and 42 other drivers and another 25+mph to it, WOW!
