Hi `John, I'm sorry to read that you are getting hurt that much by the lower gas prices. Do you think that there are more people getting hurt by the low price of gas or are there more people doing better because of the low prices ? ?

Almost everyone in the oil and gas industry took a big hit do to lower gas prices. Many people don't even have a job currently do to it.... me paying $4gal to make more money and others to have there jobs back is well worth it IMO

It's all relative.

Having logged 35k miles last year I'm glad prices are down right now. It definitely makes a difference over time. I spent an average of $2.47/gal in 2015 so, comparing that to my average spent of $3.59/gal in 2013, I figure I saved roughly $1,100 in gas last year.

My Financial advisor came by yesterday. We reviewed many things.

He told me he wouldn't be a bit surprised if there wasn't an oil refinery "Incident" this summer that would boost the cost of oil.

These oil prices have caused a 10% decline in stock returns. Fortunately not all of my investments are in stock.

He did give me a thumbs up on the camaro purchase though (His wife has a 69 camaro)
