Yea they're scratch offs, I may do that (but what are the chances I give my mom the winning ones? oooo I'd be so upset..) I'm a bit greedy when it comes to free lottery tickets..

 

I had that happen on my old '94 Grand Am. First two times, it snugged in fine, third time, no luck, plug hole was stripped!! Good news was, a little action with a kit known as "Save-a-Thread" worked! Tapped the hole (carefully) and used the heli-coil insert. That was at like 120K, when I sold the car this year, running great with over 215K. If it comes down to that, I can give you more detail

Turns out I lucked up...and it tightened right back up... Its in a difficult position and takes a universal and a longer extension to get to it with the steering column in the way.... Looks like Im gonna have to keep an eye on it!
Ive had the truck for 7 yrs and it has 113,000 miles on it now.. (I bought it with 56,000). and I believe I had the plugs changed at 80,000...
Lets just hope it was just a "freak" thing!
But should it become an issue... I will definately contact about useing the heli coil method!

Nope - didn't get the oil changed. That needs to happen Saturday because (if it doesn't rain) I bring the Monte back home on Sunday (it's still hibernating in my Dad's garage).
