Wow! What a great move by the state police. I am happy a life was saved. This is the kind of press that our police need to be recognized for!

I hope the man who was talk down can find peace of mind.

Well it appears that we may have some spring weather now. Keep our fingers crossed that it stays. We got some yard clean up done, I washed the cars and got the sprinkler system up and running. So now it is raining.
I do have the voting thread up for the April photo contest if you want to check it out.

Yep we are getting some nice weather too! Just enough rain to keep me from washing the car too.

Good morning MCF, not sure if you 'all are getting any sunshine but for a few days now we have here.
It is very welcome for sure.
Getting a little bit of yard work done and finished my winter construction project.
So now I am on the hunt for some of the items I purchased for the Monte Carlo that I want to finish.
I kind of put them aside to keep out of the way while I was in the construction phase.
Hopefully that will happen soon so I can get the Monte out and begin my work.

Talking On the crazy side I found this photo online just had to share.

Wow, what a nice weekend so far, it has been a bit windy but was able to get a lot done.
On the crazy side I found this photo online just had to share. You can haul a lot of stuff in a van.

Good morning guys. Going up to 71 degrees today, 70+ all week! 81 tomorrow and 80 for Wednesday!

Got the first coat of poly on the hardwood floors in the new house. I need to clean up leaves in the yard at the new house too, only downside of being surrounded by woods.

Might be changing the Montes oil and getting it out sometime this week, we'll see!

In the 70's today here too.
We took a drive into Lincoln, NE. About a 50 mile trip get some stuff you can't get in the small town.
Now that I got the master bathroom done the wife needs stuff to decorate it. New towels, bath matt, all that important stuff.
Made a COSTCO stop too. we were loaded up.
On the way home the interstate is closed due to high winds and poor visibility and a 20 car pile up.
So the sod busters are out working the fields and the wind is blowing 50 to 60 miles per hour.
There are brown outs all over the place.
