Apple Sued For Misleading & Deceptive Ads
#11
Some of the tech mags mentioned that Siri was in the Beta stage, but it was never mentioned in any of Apple's advertising. Besides, that really has little to do with the law suit. It has to do with Apple showing tasks being carried out in their ads with ease that are either difficult to carry out or simply can't be performed. It really is nothing new. Apple has been doing this with their products for years. Boast falsehoods about the product so everyone will rush out and buy one. Then in a couple years introduce a 'new and improved' version to fix the problems they knew were there to begin with. The only thing new is that people are finally catching on to Apple's deceptive marketing practices and fighting back.

Hi `Mike,
I find it very sad that American companies are becoming more & more Deceptive in they business practices 4-Sure... Honesty seem to have been flushed down the toilet by so many...Sad state of affairs 4-Sure!
Hang on, I think it might `be a trap..
I don't know anymore ? It's SAD
