I would just start out fresh. Put the xp disc in and boot the computer from the cd. do not repair the installation, and delete all the partitions on the hard drive. Create a new NTFS partition, then format it. Install windows.

 

Yea and thats where my problem lays. After wiping the computer clean, deleting all partitions and formatting, thats when I run into all the problems. Thats where im stuck at right now. What do I do when I cant format, reboot, and clean anymore bcuz I get the same results? One of the techs told me to try Linux ubuntu that it will be 100% hassle free so ill be going that route I guess.
