Default Anger fixes EVERYTHING!

Changing my oil at parents house, and thanks to the little bro my oil filter wrench vanished. So I started to get angry. Sandpaper didn't work. Rubber coated glove didn't work....but a screwdriver and a hammer did!

and this is why the K&N wrench offs are the best filters ever~

I could never be a paid mechanic...the things I do to get the job done! XD

I love the filter wrench that is a 3 claw like wrench and SQUEEZES the filter until it grips!! It's like this one:
Universal 3 Jaw Adjustable Oil Filter Wrench
Have not met a tight filter I could not remove.

Granted, this is of no help if you have someone that made yours disappear!!

i've always wondered if those were any good. using heavy grit sandpaper usually does the trick for me, except this time!

Aw. That poor filter. It spent it's entire life protecting your car. And you brutally butchered it like that.

just kidding.

Good job on getting it off. Now to get your brother to get you a new wrench. Possibly one of these below.

I've wondered if those were really any good, or just another gimmick that's largely useless. Good to read that it really works.

Best part about it, he said its on the work desk in the garage.
psh, tore that place apart and found nothing on no desk.

That filter was so cheap too! tore it apart to find the filter element is held together with glue and cardboard.
