Default AH. im not sure what to do...

Im probably going to have to have my car repainted due to the stripes tearing off the paint.. but im not sure if i want too.. so ive been wondering whether i should just take out a loan. and buy like a 2010 or 2011 camaro. if i do i would probably get the LS because i like the black Steelies. theyre classic. and real tough looking. id probably go black with black steelies or red with black stripes and black steelies..

idk what to do.. maybe someone can help talk me through this and come up with a decision.

Do whats in your heart. If you have always wanted a camaro and can finically swing then go for it. I would do what makes the most financial since for your situation.

Hi Mr `Monte,
Only you really know what is right 4 ~>You
I just know that I like to own my own car , and not have the car own me... Nice Car~> No $'s ~> No Fun 2 go

I really like your Monte Carlo, and I'm sure that repainting or fixing the stripes would be a lot cheaper then buying a new Camaro ?

But only you know what dollars you presently have & what your income will be in your future ? I suggest doing your auto homework & get some estimates of the cost difference between keeping your Monte, or getting a new Camaro...

There are several online sites to get the trade in value of your Monte & get the Dealers cost on new cars...Do the Math...
Edmunds.com site has a "True cost to own" to reflect the cost of the vehicle you are looking for...

Good Luck & let us know what you decide ?
What would you sell your Monte Carlo for ? $ ?
If you decide to trade, make sure you know the #'s...

p.s. I do like your dream...but some dreams can turn into nightmares `if you can't afford, and can drag you down...
The answer is within `YOU What ? ~>

Default Camaro

Dude ! Your NOT thinking straight ! You'd rather pay around $27.000 instead of maybe a $ 1000.00 to get the Monte repainted. Look you can get that car repainted in a week. And it will look like brand new again. And you only pay once. Not for 3 or 4 yrs. And if your Monte is in that shape now. Your not going to sell it to anyone till you get it fixed RIGHT ? Or is it your just looking to buy a new car. Yeah the new Camaro's are really nice. I drove one for over an hr last summer. Very nice. But at $ 41.000 are you freaking kiddin me. And that at the time was with my G.M. Discount. Get over it & get the Monte painted. Lets see a payment of around $ 430.00 a month or a one time payment of a $1000 or maybe $1200.00.Mmmmmm. let us know what your going to do.

Im sorry but I think that's pretty dumb if ud rather buy a new car over painting a beautiful monte like the one u have. Didn't u barely get it too?
And u had many plans for it from some of ur previous threads what happened to that?
Like Rick says, Get Over It and get that beautiful monte painted

Basicly its

Less than $500 for a gallon of Superior Blue
Around $600 for Dupont 7200 clear & all activators
So its $1100 in paint so even with a shops $60hr + rates ull still be better off & if u can prep the car ull save a ton of money,

I'm with everyone else. Repaint it! If it were me I'd be more happy paying once and having a beautiful looking car, than having a brand new car and a loan.

Good luck with whatever you choose though!
