3.9 GTP 270 HP
I wish that Chevy would have had this package for the Monte CarloThe G6 GXP is powered by at 270-horsepower 3.9L V-6 and will feature a more aggressive appearance. The G6 GXP uses a modified 3.9-liter V-6 engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Linking a ram air induction system with K&N air filter to a cat-back free flowing exhaust helps boost engine output to270 horsepower and 259 lb.-ft. of torque.
Highlighting the exterior styling changes is a redesigned front fascia, featuring an integrated lower air dam and an aggressive chrome treatment of Pontiac’s signature twin-port grille, as well as a twin air scoop hood. The new rear fascia shows off the dual chrome-tipped exhaust and unique spoiler. Side rocker panels, 19-inch wheels, vented cross-drilled brake rotors, and a 25-mm reduction in suspension height finish off the GXP’s appearance.
OK 3.9 Monte Carlo Owners. Now we know what to do to our Monte's to get 270HP
Now, we just have to find the $$$$ Money $$$$..

i rented a 06 G6 GTP supercharged for about 2 months and that car moves! with the auto transmission and the manual shifting, its fun to drive. <---don't i sound like an add?? anyway, it's nice, leather, heated seats, moon roof. my monte has all that, but no manual shifting, which isn't a big deal to me. after pushin the G6 to 130mph, you'd figure i got crazy speeding tickets, but the only one i got was a noise violation from the factory sound system....i'm not sure how, but it happened! all in all, it's nice, but its no monte carlo ss

wow that is really nice, we must know how to get the 3.9 to 270, i want to know every detail, theres got to be more then just ram air and exhaust
