Its always been my understanding that you can use a trademarked auto logo as long as its on a vehicle in a picture. You just can't use the standalong logo. Pretty messed up that GM goes after the little guys just trying to create nice things for people who have nice cars

 

Brian, I think you can IF you aren't making money off it (?). It's probably not just GM either, I would think the others have the same rules or very similar.

 

Thank You for explaining all that. I was just wondering why we couldn't go that way. But it's Cool. Let them KNOW that were just trying to keep the G.M. Brands Alive !

 

Don't think it'll help. Except for the Camaro, GM pretty much killed off all the other cars people really wanted. Case in point: The G8.

I am getting anxious for this all to be wrapped up. I have been anxious to see the finished product.

 

Since the calendar isn't finalized yet, can we get an extention on the 15% discount? I was going to order a few extra when I ordered my 2 freebies but still haven't been contacted.

I got the email and ordered an extra 3. I really hope this calendar is successful because all indications are that it is a stellar job! I only ordered Monte calendars (how many calendars does one guy need?) but some of the others are really fantastic - I'd even go so far as to say better then the Monte Carlo calendar. I like the SSR one quite a bit. Seem like everyone who bought an SSR is a great photographer. The layout is very professional in all the calendars - I hope the quality matches!
