I read it was a stock cadillac, and still even on street tires.

They trap stock 11.9

Wow... but it still costs another $10,000.... that's $10,000 that could be spent modifying the 'Stang or going to something else...... or....

Screw it, just buy a Corvette Z06 and beat the pants off both cars The Corvette, in my opinion, has a much better name to it. Even people who don't know their air filter from their spark plug associate the name Corvette with performance. The Corvette has nearly 60 years of history behind it, it is an established performance name plate with a much stronger and devout following than any performance coupe that the Cadillac division has ever produced. With that said, that Cadillac looks to be a strong sleeper, even the announcer says "The Mustang has been defeated by a Cadillac, of all things." Pretty interesting.

As Dr. Penny, the New Testament professor here at Campbell likes to say, "Pay your money, take your pick, start your own denomination."

I know they are expensive, but a supercharged 550HP car is still a supercharged 550HP car lol

Who knows, maybe in a couple years they will be cheaper, where as the Special Edition Mustangs and the Corvettes usually holds some value?

I can't say I'm a fan of the Viper.... they don't have many amenities, and they aren't really that much faster than Chevrolet's Z06... not $30,000 faster anyway.

If what you want is a fast 2 door coupe, try a Camaro SS... my roommates little brother is getting one.... $38,000, with very comparable performance to the Challenger. It's not quite as fast as this CTS-V coupe, but I think it is still a great value. Plus, you can spend that money that you saved by buying the Camaro over the CTS to make that Camaro move along just as fast or faster, and you have 40 years of Camaro performance and styling engineered into your car

well the viper is about 10-15gs more than a z06 now, but i hate sports cars with a bunch of fancy electronics i want a car that is on the edge & the viper is that car i believe

Oh I agree with you, Mike, but shouldn't taking all those fancy gizmo's and toys off the car make it cheaper and lighter? It seems like I read in Car & Driver that the Viper is heavier, and I know it's more expensive.

Haha, I like TopGears tests on the Dodge Viper. I'd advise everyone to watch that one if they want something fun to watch on the Dodge Viper!
