Easy Performance - Wizaired Cold Air Induction System #EP-CAI

Under Option 1: Choose your 3400 engine.

Make one. PVC from Home Depot or Lowes rubber couplers.

I have never seen PVC cause any problems but I guess to be safe ABS would be better. lol

I used a 4" piece of Aluminized steel exhaust pipe, bent into a 45 and cut.(Excuse the dirt):

if you went this way you would have to make a heatshield or put it in the fender, this one is a warm air intake and will rob you of power, not such a big deal on a supercharged or turbod vehicle though

Warm air intakes help with gas mileage in the winter lol cus the engine does not have as dense air going into the intake so it uses less gas. So there is one plus. I average 23 mpg in the winter and 29.5 in the summer thats a huge difference. Wont happen as bad with a warm air intake.

And it can knock like crazy if you have no way to monitor KR, if your PCM can't adjust itself well enough.

I've looked all over for ABS plastic pipe here, and can't find any. It stinks!
