I couldn't find a site for my next new car. I want a new Mercury Merauder, Oldsmobile 442, or a new Plymouth Roadrunner.

Yes Space I am lost again. Also pointing out how the American Automobile Manufacturers have squandered their resources. None of these three brands should have left the American horizons. The imports have made gains in the segments that these brands dominated while the short sighted domestics threw in the towel and refused to compete. Plymouth was a value entry level brand. Isn't that what the Hyundai Accent, Elantra, and Sonata are at? Mercury and Oldsmobile were medium priced brands. Again the Hyundai Sonata, Genesis and a few other models. I am just longing for what should be rather than what is.

..Hi Gregg, alittle off topic for this thread title, but as you stated, that you are lost & frustrated with the American auto industry for not keeping up with other automotive companies...

2013 Bentley Continental GTC V8

Bentley introduces the topless version of its Continental GT V8 in the Continental GTC V8, to join its line-up of cars to be launched this year.
The Continental GTC sports the same powerful V8 engine like its hard-top sibling which has been tuned to be a lot more frugal the previous generation.

New Design
The Continental GTC is identical to its hard-top sibling, barring its light-weight convertible roof. Both the V8 models feature the ‘B’ emblem with red wings. Glossy black front grille differentiates the V8 models from the W-12 ones. The V8 GTC carries the same muscular elegance of the W-12 models with characteristic wide rear track, powerful haunches and aggressive low stance.
Performance
The Bentley Continental GTC comes with a 4.0 litre V8 engine which churns out 500hp and 487 pound-feet of torque. The car does 0-60mph run in less than 5 seconds. The performance is almost equivalent to the Continental GT W-12 model. Not only is the car powerful, the engineers have managed to bump up the efficiency of the engine by 40% as compared to the old W-12.
To achieve this level of efficiency, the engine is designed to switch-off values of 4 out of 8 cylinders when the driver is maintaining a steady cruising speed. The engine switches back to V8 mode from V4 when the throttle is pressed harder. An intelligent Engine management system (EMS) works behind the scene to manage incredibly high level of precision in control of combustion process.
Transmission
The new 8 speed automatic transmission also contributes to the efficiency gain of the V8. Greater number of ratios makes sure that the engine is always at its most efficient shifting.
The Bentley Continental GTC V8 carries on the positives of the previous generation models, but with a much more efficient engine and vehicle dynamics. This open-top beauty is not just a great looker, but beneath the skin it’s a highly efficient vehicle as well.

Concept vehicles are usually attempts by car companies to let their loyal customers and prospective buyers know their intentions on a future release of a vehicle, and, in the case of the 2011 Jaguar C-X16 Concept, the company makes a strong and lasting impression to the rest of the automobile industry regarding the direction which the company and their products will be taking.

Style
Combining style and performance is the Jaguar C-X16 Concept. It is a hybrid car that has been billed by the company itself to be the future of Jaguar sports cars, and, judging from its appearance and capabilities, the vehicle has been said to embody the very name of the company: A vehicle that features a sleek design and has an agility and speed like that of the animal it bears the name of.
Performance
And aside from its design that has truly made it a notch above all the other sports cars in the market today, the C-X16 Concept also features under its hood an engine that ensures that the vehicle will be as agile and fast as a feral animal prancing through the jungle in pursuit of its prey: The V6 petrol engine.
Aside from these, the 2011 Jaguar C-X16 Concept is also one of the smallest and lightest vehicles that had been made by the company, and yet its aluminum chassis and high-performance engine ensures that it will be among the fastest sports cars once placed alongside other vehicles in the market.

2013 Rimac Concept One

A maximum output of over 1000 horsepower, an acceleration of 3 seconds or less, and a top speed of almost 200 miles an hour, have all been attained by an electric powered car. Yes, seriously. Breaking the mold of supercars and shattering the stereotype of an electric car as a boring and unreliable enterprise, the 2013 Rimac Concept One breaks out of the closet as perhaps the first true supercar that is purely powered by electricity.
Exterior & Interior
The super dynamic body, created by designer Adriano Mudri, is both super elegant and super aerodynamic. Even better is that this body is sculpted out of carbon fiber, creating an audaciously lightweight car that has legitimate supercar dynamics. The interior is designed by people that are formerly associated with the famed designer Pininfarina, and is adorned with high quality materials such as leather-wrapped seats and an infotainment system.
Performance
A unique powertrain is integrated for the Concept One. Featuring 4 different subsystems, with each having its own engine, inverter, and reduction gearbox, they have a cumulative maximum power output of 1088 horsepower. This gives this car some stunning performance numbers: a zero to 100 kilometers per hour dash of 2.8 seconds and a top speed of more than 300 kilometers per hour just to name a few. In addition, with batteries that carry a maximum charge of 92kWh, it is enough to carry this car to a distance of up to 600 kilometers before needing a recharge.
The Rimac Concept One is one unique car. Only 88 of these cars are going to be produced, and each car has the lofty reputation of being perhaps the first ever electric powered hypercar.

2012 Lexus LF-LC Concept

The 2012 Lexus LF-LC Concept, a rear-wheel drive, front engine 2+2 hybrid sport coupe, was debuted at the 2012 North American International Auto Show with an eye toward indicating the direction of Lexus for the future.
The overall design concept embodied in the vehicle has its focus on the driver, but with a premium placed on elegance and beauty, futuristic technology, and evocative power.
Exterior Design
Starting with the front, designers employed a functional yet distinctive grille using Lexus elements. Using surround aluminum frames, the meshed spindle grille, allows the air intakes nestled in the lower corners give the face of the vehicle a functional air. "L"- shaped running light for daytime use and vertically-oriented fog lamps complete a unique but still-identifiable front-facing presentation.
The sleek glass roof and supports, suggests an open, greenhouse-style design and lends an airy quality to its sumptuous interior. The driver focus is evident here with increased visibility all around the concept car.
In the rear, design elements from the front have been carried over and augmented with inner-lit taillights and fog lamps with the same shape and patterning as the front lamps. The stunning design draws the viewer from the rear of the car to the signature quad exhaust pipe.
Interior & More
On the inside, the Lexus feels both open and secure, with a dual emphasis on high-technology and soft and organic forms and textures. Everything in the interior including the high-sitting console and the enveloping door panels seems to hug the driver and invite a focal point of the road ahead.
The instrument panel includes a touch-screen remote and 2 LCD screens. Using this interface the driver can control navigation tools, the sound system, and heating and cooling. On each door a touch screen allows side control of the seats, windows and mirrors. The front instrumentation is completed by layered displays that suggest a combination of retro analog style and futuristic digital elements.
With leather and metal, suede and wood carefully and artistically employed for finishing and trimming the seats and surfaces, the interior of the 2012 Lexus LF-LC Concept is elegant and advanced, comfortable and sleek, and all Lexus.

2012 Hamann Porsche Panamera Cyrano

Looking for a luxury vehicle with outstanding performance capabilities is quite easy.
If you’re aiming for a luxury vehicle with the kind of performance that combines speed with a plush interior needed for the comfort of the driver and passenger; very few can really offer the car that has both qualities.

Performance
Porsche has collaborated with Hamann-Motorsport to come up with an innovative vehicle that is engineered to fit the driver’s needs. The 2012 Hamann Porsche Panamera Cyrano is created with a bonnet design that allows optimized airflow which reduces the lift at the front axle. Its engine management system is developed to increase the engine’s total output by 80 horsepower. Thus, a total of 580 horsepower can be obtained with this supercar. That’s a kind of performance that is very difficult to match.
Exterior
Aside from technical enhancements in terms of the car’s output, the design of the exterior is also considered to be an eye catcher, particularly, the wheels with special suspensions. Moreover, these wheels are lightweight, thus, adding to the overall performance of the vehicle and also contributes to its sportiness. Side skirts are also incorporated which steadies the airflow across the side and also has an added stylish look.
There are a wide variety of sports cars in the market. However, it takes an expert to really know the sophistication and performance capabilities of each model. The Hamann Porsche Panamera Cyrano is a car that covers every aspect that a luxury sports vehicle must have. It is a sports car worthy of the name.

2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS550

Mercedes Benz has always been known to stir the imagination with high quality cars that possess a combination of luxury and speed. Among their recent models, only a few have created a larger stir than their CLS. Best known for being a “4 door coupe”, its styling has been well received by both fans and critics alike.
When the new generation of the CLS was unveiled late in 2010, it had quite huge shoes to fill. After all, more than 170,000 CLS models have been sold in a span of six years, and on the process created a new styling niche that is completely theirs.
Exterior & Interior
Sure, the 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS550 retains that 4 door coupe styling that made it so popular with the masses. But this car is a completely new model that is designed to build on the strong tradition of the original. A front end that is apparently inspired by the retro-inspired supercar SLS sets the tone for the new design. Still up front, the CLS is the first production car ever to use full LED lights on their headlight system. The same outline that made the CLS special was retained, but they are reformatted to present a smoother, more aggressive feel.
Performance
To round of the car, the interior is the recipient of a classic yet progressive arrangement from the seats down to the instruments, true to the tradition of Mercedes Benz. And a 5.5 liter twin turbo engine producing 402 horsepower provides the muscle for this muscular device.
