I'm loving either car yet would instead use all that money to build me a cool Prepper's bunker and chill out waiting for the big one!! LOL, Vino and a cool breeze......

I realize that we could have the big One any day with the instabilities and fears in our World
I find it sad that we can not all live in peace & happiness...I guess that's just another one of my space dreams...
That's one reason that I try to extract the most from every day that I am given (Just in case
)
If I had the funds to buy the ZL`1 or the Shelby I would buy choose one after I had the chance to test drive them..But, I don't know at this point `if I'd ever be able to invest that many $'s in2 a ride ( I hope 2), but I have other priorities.
I don't want a car to own me 4-Sure...I'd want the extra dollars to maintain it: New tires every week
Clutches etc and a Super Garage to keep it in Top Condition...
"Dreams are where I want to `go & work is how I'll get there" ~> I'm work'in hard on my dreams 4-Sure...

GM Techs actually got the ZL1 into the 11s stock.
I believe the manual did 11.96 and the auto did 11.93.
Also this is directly how you would buy the car, and it would be warrantied while running it hard
. The Ford you have to spend more money for a track package, or sign a waiver not allowing the warranty to cover a lot of hard running.

Good valid points & it's great to read some positive infor on the ZL`1
I've sure that GM Chevy Division is constantly work'in on more power 4- the $'s....I love this type of competition 4-Sure.....It's great for the buying public that can afford these Monster Rides (I wish I was one of them)
