I'm going to define a "Classic" as anything that the State of Michigan defines as an "Antique Vehicle", and that is anything 25 years old and older. Those vehicles you don't have to buy a new plate every year, and the older ones, those where they actually made a new plate every year, instead of just putting new tags on, those can run license plate(s) made from that year, or they get a special "Antique Vehicle" plate. They are also restricted on how much you can drive them when you have those special plates.
So using the "25 year old and older" rule, yes, I have a classic. I drove her for the last 3 summers as my main daily driver, but this year, we are going to retire the old girl into "Antique Vehicle" status and only drive her on weekends and the such.
She is a 1982 Oldsmobile Ninety Eight Regency 2 door coupe. She came off the Cadillac line here in Lansing, MI. It's so cool to have people come up to us and say "WOW! Nice car! I put this or that on her, or I did this to that car when it was made!" It's part of our local history. My wife's Aunt Jeanette bought this car brand new at the age of 76 from Young Oldsmobile in Owosso, MI. When she passed away in 2004, LadyT inherited it, and I have done some repair and maintenance to her to make her road worthy. Perfect? NO! But she's my favorite car to drive of the 5 we own!

Does my horizon count?
There are tons of classics i'd love to have. I'd really love a trans am or a grand national, i think those two are my top ones. But even an old land yacht from the 70s would be awesome or an old pickup.

While some prefer cars that are all-original, there's something to be said for cars that aren't as they left the factory, but still carry off a period-correct look. Talk about a few highly obscure models you never see and nobody talks about, but I also really like the 1973-77 Chevrolet Laguna/Chevelle/Malibu. Something about the overall body lines on these is pleasing to the eye and somewhat comparable to the Monte Carlo. I think any of these three models would make for very cool builds. 1977 was the last large body car before the downsize of 1978, including the Monte Carlo.

I know I would like some type of older muscle car but not really sure what I would want. I would need to see how much cash I would put towards it and that would help for sure to see what I would want. I actually do like the car posted above me by Matt. That would pretty sweet to have.
