I've never liked Fed-Ex. A couple of years ago my cell phone company was sending GPS updating software and data cables out. I had no knowledge of a package coming to my home until one of my neighbors rings my bell and told me this was at the front door. Now I live in an apartment building with 50 units in the Bronx. Why would this guy leave a package on a sidewalk in New York? As a general rule I just do not have anything delivered to my home for just this reason. Another time I had ordered a set of heads and an intake from Jegs. I had them shipped to a family members house, I was going over there to wait as these are kind of heavy and pulled up next to the truck and took them from the guy. No signature! I could of been anybody driving and saw him with $1500 in parts and grabbed them. Like I said I really do not like Fed-Ex.

Sounds to me like the driver didn't want to be bothered so he put in his board the package was delivered and screw you.

I'd be tempted to call the (1-800-WE'RE#2) Fed-X number and make a complaint anyway.

that happened to my brother... the driver couldn't find his house, or maybe he was just lazy, and said the directions were wrong. the box had a correct map and set of directions.. but the box was at Raleihg for a week before atruck finally brought it otu.

Actually I personally avoid Fed-ex and when that is the only option I drive 40 miles to their distribution site to pick it up personally. I don't trust them at all.

Two years ago when I put new FlowMaster exhaust on my '57 Wagon and it wouldn't fit.

FlowMaster next day aired a complete new system from California to my front door for free. A Fed-UpX truck pulled up in my drive. I went out and while waiting on the driver to get the box out I said in a loud voice, "Oh the pain. A Fed-X truck setting in my drive."

The driver wanted to know why I said it?

I told her, "Cause I work for UPS. And I hope no one sees your truck in my driveway."

She didn't seethe humor?
