Default Warped Rotor Replacement

First time post
I have a 2007 Monte that needs the front rotors replaced. I had them turned last year but the vibration is back on hard down hill braking. I'm looking at doing the work myself. I have read the threads on rotors and pads but nothing on the actual replacement of the rotors? Do I need to replace wheel bearings while I'm in that far? Any torquing specs I need to be concerned with?
Look forward to any and all words of wisdom.

You probably seen the same articles and youtube videos that I watched before taking a serious wrench to the car. I hadn't done any brake work in a few decades* and had doubts.

Fear not, it's a simple job. Two bolts held the caliper, two more held the caliper bracket and after the little torx screw comes out the rotor is practically falling off. Bearings are on the hub, nothing to get greasy in this job.

There's differing opinions on rotors - high priced vs. low price. I went with the low price and expect to change it when the shakes return. Little reason to get mad if my style of driving warps expensive rotors.

*1980s, 67 VW Beetle. Back end up on jackstands. Big tight nut holds brake drum. Place 6pt socket and breaker bar on nut, position bar on floor. Get in car, put in gear and crank starter. That was a messy one.
