Ugh, Another Newb
Hey everyone who happens to browse the new member section while bored at work.
I'm Kevin. I like cars. I sometimes take car pictures. I have a 2008 Caliber SRT4 that I drive from April to October, and a 2003 Monte Carlo SS I drive November to March.
Here's a link to the progress log on this site for the Monte:
(forum won't let me insert link)
Here's a link to the progress log on a different forum for the Caliber:

Here's a link to my Flickr, in case you like pictures of cars:

Now that I've sufficiently plugged everything... here's a little history of the cars I've had fun with (excludes all daily drivers and in between cars)
2002 Dodge Neon R/T
This is the car that started it all for me. It was the first car that I modded, and it ended up being the biggest project I've had. At the end of it's life with me, it had a FULLY BUILT long block with a nasty cam, and a fairly large turbo (for a 2.0L). Forged internals, bored out, ported head, oversized valves, large cam, etc etc etc etc. Made stupid amounts of wasted FWD power. Unfortunately, a rod went through the block before I was able to dyno it on full boost. I did get a dyno on my break in tune, but it was only for sh*ts n giggles.
2005 Dodge Neon SRT4
After blowing up the R/T, I was broke. I went out a week later and bought the cheapest Neon SRT4 I could find. This was a terrible idea. The body was terrible, it had a rebuilt title, couldn't pass emissions testing, and I blew 4th gear after a month of owning it. Promptly traded it for a perfect running Colorado 4banger RWD.
2008 Dodge Caliber SRT4
Clearly I learned nothing from the past two cars... I went out and bought a Caliber SRT4. I still own it. It has yet to blow up in some way *knocks on all the wood* and is currently tucked away in storage.
Lot's done to the car.
- MS1kV3 canned flash tune
- Needswings downpipe & o2 housing
- Southbend stage 3 clutch
- AGP intercooler
- BC coilovers
and so much more. If you actually care, click the link above for the progress log.
If you came here to read about my Monte Carlo, sorry. Feel free to click the link above for it's progress log I've just posted here. I promise you'll get to see a picture or two.
