by no means am i a professional estimator, but i did look around and ive seen one fully restored for 7300.
i also saw some rusted out junkers for around 2000 (these are asking prices)
i tried to check other areas too. doesnt seem like these cars are popular.
i live in an area where cars like these are popular.
if there is no little to no rust, the car starts and drives fine. then id say 4000-5000 (of course this is for my area)
my dad has a 71 cutlass supreme all original except for paint. no rust - 350rocket with like 65k. he wants to sell it but no one is interested at his asking price. 10k
maybe throw it up on craigslist with a huge MAKE OFFER sign and see what people are willing to give?
like everyone else said it is extremely hard to tell if we dont see the car.
goodluck though!

You have not posted where the car is located. I think in the pic the front plate says Missouri. Location plays a part in how far someone is willing to go and what they are willing to pay dor a project car. If the car was local and as nice as the pics show I might pay as much as 700.00 for it. I recently bought an 85 Monte Carlo T-Top roller for 500.00 to aid in the restoration of my 81 Monte Carlo V-6 Turbo. As a roller it is worth a little over junk price for someone looking for that type car. I might be interested depending upon where it is located. Remember most transport companies won't deal with a non runner. So your market for that car is limited. You can also email me at moparmen1963@aol.com with more details about your car.

It's not a roller I thought. I would put it on craigslist for 2k and see what you can get out of it. Or get it running, you might not want to sell it. And even if it doesn't run good no way is it worth only 700. That is ridiculous.
