Default the troubles with turn signals

Hello I'm new here and could use some help. I have a 1970 Monte Carlo with a 350 pushing a little over 400hp. The problem I'm having is when I activate either of the turn signals the fronts work fine but all the turn signal lights in the back come on. Changed the flasher just in case it would help but nothing changed. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Did you check your wires for breaks in the wire ?
Check sockets for moisture ? corrosion ?
I think you have two phase bulbs & maybe one phrase is burned out ?
That's all I got, but check back to see what our expert member's post.
Good Luck

Changed all the bulbs, the sockets were all greased so no corrosion but I cleaned them out and greased them again. the wires for the bottom ones look good gotta figure out how to get to the upper ones. And thank you for responding.
