Not easily. The electronics are controlled by a lot of the computer on the 2006 and won't swap over easily.

You would have to swap the interior gauges, and speedo, etc. Hell, the locks might not even work because the BCM, PCM, and TCM all need to talk to each other.

Not just the wiring harness and PCM.

Anything can be done. It would be much cheaper to honestly get a junk yard 3500 and put that in the 2006 if that car's motor is bad.

Let's take a step back then.

What's the full situation?

If the 2006 is in better shape, you can always just grab a junkyard transmission and call it a day. Actually just the transmission from your 3400 might work in the 3500. I'm not sure if the electrical change that occurred in 2003 affects the 3400 like it does the 3800.

Swapping the engine and trans from the 2002 into the 2006 is not a cost-effective option at all. The labor to do that swap is insane, and they will be chasing a ton of electrical issues all around while they splice and create new connections.

Or depending on what is wrecked on the 2002, you might be able to reuse panels from the 2006 and fix the 2002.
