Leather was only standard on ALL LTZ's.

Well for 06-07 I would say the SS is the top model. I comes with the leather, sunroof and all the other goodies. The bigger engine.

Only LTZ got leather as standard interior. It was optional in SS.

It looks like leather was standard in LTZ & SS.
2007 (I only have the U.S. one here)
