he probably will when he see's the quote, i can pretty much guarentee you a body shop is going to quote around 10-15000 damage
especially when they have to pay 60-70 an hour for labor.

 

Your friend crashed the car. He should pay for it. If he "flakes" thats when you hit him with a court date.

 

that really sucks about your car. In the beginning of summer i got into an accident my fault. dropped a cigarette on my croch and looked down to pick it up and rear ended a pickup. I have a 97 ls and ended up getting a z hood, a z bumber cover, and 2 new headlights, adn a rad support or whereever the horns go. and got all of it repainted inculding bothh my fenders and hood and bumber over and it only cost 3 grand. hope you get it all taken care of.

they really should, but when it comes to money, especially a lot of money, friendship doesn't always last

i really hope he pays you, but as for court, being as though you gave him your keys willingly i dont think court would make him pay
