Which is faster the Chevelle or the Monte. I think the Chevelle will kick Azz. It has over 425 hp. Yeah ! When I open the headers up. You can feel the difference. I took my buddy next door for a ride in the Chevelle just a week ago. After a little test and tune. He was laughing like a little girl. Then I opened up the headers and did it again. I thought he was going jump out of his seat. he was so into it. He has a Harley that has some good muscle. So he likes the Noise it makes. But I think he had to go home to clean his underwear His brothers came over the next day. Looking at it real close. ha ha ha ha

Thanks all of you. Seems like a nice bunch of guys & girls on this site. Yeah. I think 94% of all my cars & trucks have been some kind of red. And thses two sitting next to each other just look FANTASTIC. As you can tell. I love this tone of RED

 

Tell you what, since you don't know which is faster, and you cannot driveboth at once, I volunteer to drive the chevelle in a heads up race against you in your monte. I usually don't do that sort of thing, but consider it a gift to welcome you to the forum.

 

Sweet rides! We have a 69 L78 Chevelle. Engine's never been out of the car. A couple of weeks ago one of the original T-3 headlamps burnt out, so we are kinda bummed cause there are so many original parts still on the car.

 

Since I've got the New Monte. Guys have asked me that same question. Which one do you think it fastest. I think the Chevelle would beat the Monte in a drag race. But it would be fun to see. I had a close friend tell me that also. That he would drive one of them. NO I DON"T THINK SO. My babies ONLY.
