Thanks Augi: That Chevelle is 5 yrs in the making. I did the interior , tires & wheels. I'm not a painter. But it did have some touch ups. Plus had the motor rebuilt. Has close to 426 hp SBC. Plus a shift kit. Shifts real gooood 342 rear gearing. New seats, new carpeting, new radio & speakers, new sterrting wheel. New door panels, Brand new muffler system with electric cut outs. Make noise when you want to. Which is fun in traffic Flip of a switch you have noise or not! Love to mess with others with this Hot Rod. Thanks for the kind words

I love the electric cut-outs. On mine, my back pressure is reduced so much that I go from 6 lbs of boost to 12 lbs with the flip of a switch. Is there a noticeable increase of power when you flip the switch?

Default new to M/C fourms

im new to this thing, been watching it for a while for some ideas on my 06 monte. i live in a smaller town and wanna make mine a one of a kind. im going with the turbo kit for the car. i have automotive mech exp but not enought to know what has to go on. i would like some info on what all needs to be done to make that possible. like a tranny to look for and upgrades and what not done to the motor to make this all possible. i got my ram air hood on order my exhaust and hoping to paint it during this summer. please any info would be great.
