About two days ago my 99 mont e Carlo was up running good , when suddenly I heard a bang under the hood and found the belt in tacked and the power steering pulley broken off the pump, but the middle part of the pulley itself is still on the shaft ...how can I remove this piece by myself.

 

Probably with an impact gun... That's how the alternator pulley is at least.

Get a ps pump pelley tool. Or just grab a whole ps pump from jy
