newbie from indiana

just got my self a 03 yellow monte ss today for $1400, only have a few questions, i have a not loud ticking from the front valve cover area and the heat and ac work but it comes out of the floor the dash and the face but not full power on any of them, how do i fix this.

Not certain about the exact problem, but it sounds like your heater fan may need to be looked at

The ticking should probably be check out by a shop. Sticking/ burnt valve or rocker needs adjustment???

Let me rephrase whatever switches it between floor and face does not work

I believe for the heat AC..
It sounds like a blend door actuator has failed and or a stuck blend door.
