Hello I purchased my Monte about a month ago like most here I've always wanted a Monte Carlo I love the space it has, the design, the look, speed, acceleration, everything theres only one little thing I dislike about it the fuel economy. Other than that I love it.
This is the first car I've bought and its kinda a project car not a project in terms of doing all kinds of crazy things to it to race it but a project in that hopefully I will learn more about cars from working on it and modifying it. Hoping to add a computer for movies and games and of course a mad system.
Hopefully you will all be patient with helpingme as I said this is my first car and I'm a total newb to working on cars.

Replaced Radio with JVC KD-AR470
Clarion 7 Band EQ (EQS746)
2 Bazooka ELW1214 Subwoofers

What color & options are on your Monte ? Please try & post some pic's.
Speed around the forum & check out the posts & don't be afraid to
post your questions. There are a lot of talented members that will help, but be patience.
I dream of a lot of mod's for my Monte, but don't have the $'s yet [X(]

Hello Andrew, welcome. I had the same car, and IMHO the fuel mileage was very good, when you consider the power the Supercharged models have. It was pretty well the same as the 2001 non-supercharged model I had before it. Post the pics, I look forward to seein them.

Welcome to MCF Andrew. I have to X2 the good fuel economy on the Monte. For the size, weight and power I can't argue. It would be nice if it got 45MPG though.
