oh, no. you bought clayton's car.

the PO of your car goes to my school, lol. i remember he had the trans rebuilt earlyer this year, so you should be set in that department, and he dumped a ton of money into the engine swap, too. i never actually thought i would see that car again, its good to see someone got it who appreciates it and is not gonna just use it up. good to have ya on the forum, man.

oh, and just so you know... late model mustangs have the same bolt pattern as a monte carlo. it really opens up your wheel choices. i personally would like a set of bassett DOT legal 15'' steelies, like these. they run around $50-60 per wheel.

Yessir that's the kids name that I had got it from.. I traded a 98 Nissan 200sx for it. I know his parents had dumped a ton of money into it cause I have receipts from just this past year totaling over 5g's. I liked what was done to the car so far which is what drew my attention. I only plan on making it better.. and of course alot nicer. He seemed to not show much interest in the car and was looking for a 5 spd. If you see a red 200 rolling around with black rims and a doofy lookin kid driving it that would be my old car. This monte still needs some attention though.. Other than some love the only thing I need to take care of asap is it has a bad subframe bushing.. and the black wheels gotta go! However the paint is nice.. The interior is clean.. and its got a sunroof.. something I havent seen any 95-99 monte's with.

nah, nothing i would worry about with that car, man. like i said and you know, it was pretty much rebuilt in the last year or 2. the "oh, no" was more of an inside joke between my friends, the PO is, eh, not the brightest bulb in the box, lol. im glad you guys worked a trade out
