Just find a white lithium grease that you can spray

Don't use WD-40 since that would be very temporary.

Yea, labor on the pulgs/ wires can be costly. But after 207K, i'd say you got your money's worth out of the factory plugs, so its worth it! LOL!

Good Luck!

Welcome to the MCf family! Your car was my 1st choice in color when I bought this car, but I couldn't find one ANYWHERE that had the S/C (which is what I wanted).
Do yourself a favor and put in a cold air intake (CAI), and increase your gas mileage by an instant 2 mpg.

I am really loving the color. I think I got super lucky. Just browsing around after I got mine I've only seen a couple other blue S/C's recently that were miles and miles away from me. If this one hadn't been close enough for a test drive I wouldn't have been able to get it.

Thanks for the CAI advice! That's where I get fuzzy with my little bit of car knowledge. I figured the CAI would help performance in some way, but I didn't know how or that it would help mpg. Heh, definitely a plus since it requires premium go go juice.

I'm trying to learn all I can right now. Probably driving my b/f crazy. After reading the exhaust thread I stayed up til 2AM researching SLP's and Magnaflows.

I'm glad I'm not the only one

The real bummer is I only have a couple people to share my joy with. Many of my friends have Hondas or BMWs so they think I'm crazy. LOL, they just don't get it.

While a fun idea I don't think they would go for that. They're just not car people
