i might have already found a 06 but it has an upgraded Transmission with Heavy Duty Shift Kit done this past january, it has 118000kms
I know the trans can sometimes be an issue, but having this just installed, on these cars is this a good or bad thing?

Depends on what was done to it. If it's just a shift-kit that doesn't really help too much, but it also doesn't hurt.
Was anything else hardened, can you get a receipt showing the work?
