new with no car
Hi All,
I'm from the niagara region, ontario canada
been a big fan of the montes since the 80s
but never had one.
Have had lots of cool cars
67 camaro (sold), 74 nova (sold) and 79 trans am (still have)
Always wanted an 80s with ttops until i saw the 2006 MC when they put the 8cyl back in.
Now i have 3 kids so in my opionion it's a perfect combination of sports/familly car and even daily driver.
So for the last few months I've been looking for a 06 or 07 SS
good condition, reasonable priced etc.
But no hurry and I enjoy the hunt.
Spent 3 years looking for my trans am.
But as for all the cars ive had i also enjoy connecting with other enthusiests.
Especially at this stage.
I've gone on this forum a lot in the past researching these cars, so today i figured might as well join up and try to contribute.

Welcome! After owning an 03 SS for five years, I got my 06 SS a year ago and love it. The V8 is definitely a nice addition in these updated sixth gens. Good luck with your search!
you mean 7th gen?
