I'm new here 16 in Shreveport and I want my first car to be a monte carlo 2002 LS color smurf blue its difficult finding an monte carlo nd need help

I see why the ss it seems a lot better and not exactly smurf blue just blue period with black pinstripes and since my dads so cheap I only can make a down payment of 3800
