Question New member need help

Need to replace my multifunction switch. Can't afford dealer fix. Can switch be replaced without pulling the steering wheel? Price wise does anyone know where the best place to purchase a new switch is? Can someone tell me how to replace this switch? I have a 2001 Monte SS which generation does this belong? Any help greatly appreciated!! I also need to know how to access the led board and the ribbon conn. to the board for my shift indicator and odometer light. thamks

Welcome to the site.

Cheapest place I found the switch was on Rockauto. It was 180ish, below is a vid about the replacement . It's an impala but should be very similar if not the same.

EDIT/ you can also purchase a Haynes manual to help you.
