Hello All! Just found this forum and I'm glad I did. The second car I ever had was a 75 Monte. I have had several cars since then but nothing compares to my "Baby." I still own the car and could never part with her. Yes, my Monte is a "she." She got her nickname back in 85 by my mother who was dating ,and later married, the owner. I'm the 3rd owner of this car and know it's history back to the day it was bought. She's been mine since 97. Unfortunately when I joined the Air Force I had no time or money to work on her. Finally I have made it to a decent rank and the wife is getting a job so in the spring I'm gonna start a massive restoration that is years overdue. She isn't in that bad of shape, she has just been neglected for about 4-5 years. I can't wait to start and I'm sure I'll bug the mess out of all of you till the end.
