Wat up everyone I have a 2000 SS my issue is I turn my heat or Ac on and I hear it blowing but it's not coming out my vents it comes out but very little I'm thankful for any help and ideas

 

First check your cabin air filter. Remove to see if it makes a difference.
If that's not it, you may have a vacuum leak that's not allowing the HVAC door actuators to open.
A scan tool capable of reading fuel trim values is a good way to confirm a vacuum leak because the values will be way off. Values should be close to 0%ST/0%LT.
Check those and reply back for more info.
