First check your cabin air filter. Remove to see if it makes a difference.
If that's not it, you may have a vacuum leak that's not allowing the HVAC door actuators to open.
A scan tool capable of reading fuel trim values is a good way to confirm a vacuum leak because the values will be way off. Values should be close to 0%ST/0%LT.
Check those and reply back for more info.
