yha thats one of the first things i did with mine, stuped thing looks so tacked on.

Welcome to the forums. I got my 1998 Monte when I was 16 and still have it. I live just over the river in Cincinnati. Its kind of funny, I paid $1600 also for mine, but its just an LS.
