New kid from KY
Hey, I'm Sam and I just got my first car this week...wich happens to be a red 1995 Monte Carlo Z-34.
I paid $1600 for it, and it needs a little work. I already put new tires, rotors, brakes, and a lower ball joint. So in total, I've spent around $450 on parts and labor.
It also has a small dent in the door that my dad is going to help me fix soon.
Just saying hi!

Hi `Sam & Welcome to the MonteCarloFamily
How many miles on your Monte ?
We have several member's with 5th Gen Monte's,and
we look forward to seeing pictures of yours.
How do you like living & driving your Monte Carlo in the
Great State of Kentucky ?
I've never been there in person, but I've visited your state
on the Web, and it looks beautiful...

nice buy, nothing like a red 5th gen monte! lucky you got a Z34 too, the 3.4 DOHC engine is so underappreciated by most, lol. just keep on top of maintnince stuff and you got a great car!

Thanks everyone!
KidSpace, there's 98k on it right now. And I'm loving driving my monte out here. We live back on some curvy roads, and it handles all the curves like a pro!
Here's a photo of my car the first day I had it..I still hadn't washed it or anything, so I'll try to get some pics up after I get my touch-up paint on tomorrow.

Skylark:Thanks! I was pretty happy with how clean it was too! Now I just need to pop the dent out of the drivers side door and touch up the paint and I'll be good to go!
..And take off the plate holder off the bumper haha :P
KidSpace: Yeah I was going for something with low(er) miles on it because I'll be driving back and forth to school every day, and to TN on the weekends.
I'm trying to find a nice spot to get my strobes out and get some good shots of the car...so hopefully I'll have some nice photos up soon!
