thanks everyong lol.. just bought a full parts car (same colour as mine, with leather interior) so i'm going to be doing the interior swap.. buying some 18" rims pretty soon hopefully, maybe making a functional hood with the scoop on it. so far i've just painted the interior, tinted the windows, put in my stereo ( subs, amp) tweeters and speakers will be in with the interior swap, and i've done exhaust and got the chrome headlights installed.. so i've already had a busy half a year ( since i've bought it) so hopefully the rest had just as much progress done

Sounds like some great plans you got. The leather interior swap will really make the interior look great. I don't know if the 5th gen leather seats are heated or not, but I hope so, because the leather sure is cold in winter. Found that out the hard way!

I've always been a fan of hood scoops. If you can make it functional, it's that much better. Separates it from the "all show" to "all go" category.

Hello Megan from Alberta to the Monte Carlo Forum. There are lots of 5th gen Montes here, along with a lot of fwllow Canadians, including our moderator Taz from Windsor.
We pride ourselves as being the "***** free zone", altho things do get carried away sometimes, but NEVER like some of the other forums around.
Please use the search engine here when you need a quick answer, or just need to search. It works quite well, compared to others.
What ya got for a stereo?
