not really much to tell - its pretty much a stock 06LT. I put a K&N repplacement filter in a few weeks ago, but it didnt change the sound of the engine at all, or add any performance that I noticed. There arent many modifications available for the 3.5L engine yet, so I'm (im)patiently waiting.. lol The only thing I would like to do to it right now is to put a catback exhaust on it, but that will set me back about $1200+, which I dont have right now. Hopefully by next spring I will be in a better position to afford it.
I just noticed that your Monte is a pace car edition! Thats really cool! Which dealership do you work at?

 

I hate to be the bad guy, but that is not a Pacecar MC. the 2002 Pacecars were Yellow, and silver was never a color for a Pacecar edition. Looks like somone added badges.

however, the car looks awesome

it is a pace car edition... the emblem that is on the trunk lid is stock, came with the car new from the dealership. plus the instermint cluster also is noted as "limited edition" with the red bow tie chevy symbol

 

well then the dealer added them on to increase to price.. as I said, GM never had a silver pacecar edition, and 2002's color was yellow. Did they give you the certificate of Authenticty? did they at least swap out the interior?

Unfotunalty Donutboy97 is right. What you have is a SS with the high sports apperance package (which consisted of ground effects, stand up spoiler, chrome exhaust tips, 16" 5 spoke wheels and the limited edition instrument cluster) that was around 2k extra. The dealer just stuck the Pace Car badge on the back. I hope you didn't get ripped off. Anyway you have one sweet ride.
