Thanks everyone. A few notes that were mentioned.. Thee is a radio and the interior is perfect. the engine bay looks like new. my only concern was that it took forever to get from 0-40. it didnt seem to slip or have any shifting issues, just sluggish and unresponsive. I will check under the hood cover before i buy it if i buy it.

That could be a catalytic converter issue some of those cats had insulation that would break off inside the converter and cause an obstruction resulting in no power. Not having power is a big red flag, I don't even have a supercharged motor and if I gave 50 percent throttle would fly up to 40, let alone if you floor it its like a rocket. Here is a link about the recall, unfortunately it ended a year or 2 ago. L36 Catalytic Converter Warranty I do know if the car is acting right you should never experience it being unresponsive. I'm not an expert with the cat problem hopefully a more knowledgeable member will chime in, I'm not even sure how you would check it.
